Child Support Services
Bear River Band Child Support Services (BRBCSS) is a Title IV-D Tribal Child Support agency within the Bear River Band Tribal Court. The mission of BRBCSS is to enhance the well-being of children and families within and associated with Bear River Band of the Rohnerville Rancheria.​
​We will achieve this by fostering and promoting emotional and financial accountability among parents and their children, ensuring they remain aligned with our cultural values.
Services:
• Transfer external cases to the jurisdiction of Bear River Band Tribal Court
• Establishment, enforcement, & modification of support orders within Bear River Band Tribal Court
• Location of non-custodial parent
• Establish paternity
• Identify & evaluate in-kind goods as means of support
