The Public Works Department is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of all of the Tribe’s infrastructure systems including water, wastewater, streets and storm drains. Bear River currently operates three water treatment systems, drains. Public Works currently
operates three water treatment systems: the Singley Hill Water system, Tish Non Community Water system
and one small water system on the old Rohnerville Rancheria property in Fortuna, Calif. The Tish Non
wastewater system consists of collection lines and one wastewater treatment facility. Our Maintenance
crew takes care of residential mowing of lawns and fields around the Tish non village and Bear River
drive areas.
